Pricing Policy
Because of the wide diversity of data loss and recovery cases (deleted file(s), folder(s), disk partition(s), formatted disk, different hard disk capacity, etc.), no fixed and detailed price lists can be established in advance. Each individual case is quite specific and it is difficult to make a preliminary assessment of the time needed for completion of the data recovery process.
In each particular case, after a free of charge diagnostics and analysis of the problem, the client will be presented with different pricing options, depending on the desired information recovery level. Our preliminary price estimates are based on a rate of $40 per one working hour.
Our leading principle is that only actually recovered information is paid for.
Data recovery is ALWAYS performed to a DIFFERENT physical storage device and it is impossible to cause further damage to the original media, which is very essential in cases of unsuccessful recovery attempts.
