   Correct packaging of your device or media is crucial for the successful recovery of your data. It is extremely important that your drive is packaged carefully in order to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Careful packaging will improve the chances for recovery of your data.

   Use the original shipping materials, if you still have them. If not, place your device or media in an anti-static bag or tinfoil to prevent static electricity buildup.
   If you use a non-standard controller (like MFM, RLL, ESDI, etc...), include the controller card in an ESD (electro-static discharge) safe bag.

   Pack securely the device in a box twice the size of the device, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock/vibration material. This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.

   Make sure it is clearly labeled as FRAGILE.

   Fill out the request form as thoroughly as possible, print it, and enclose a copy with your package. Please, ensure that you have a request form enclosed with the media.
   For Customs purposes, a Commercial Invoice must also accompany your package. Please, add a description of your drive, make, model and serial number along with your company address.

   We recommend shipping via Federal Express or DHL for next day or two-day service. This is the quickest, simplest and most economic method of shipping.

   Depending on the requirements of customers, we could specially strong encrypt the recovered data in HDD, CD or DVD and then sealed off the data with a "tampered-proof" sticker to ensure that no one else except the owner could access the recovered data.
